1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. The available shipping methods and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (subject to availability).

Please note that the delivery times mentioned above are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, availability of products, and external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping charges for domestic orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the products.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the products.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery date.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to valid addresses in India and select international locations. Please check the available shipping options during checkout.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Lost Shipments: If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with the investigation.

  • Wrong or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is not the correct item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for a return and either a replacement or refund.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Kumaran Silks will not be responsible for any incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
